SHIPPING POLICY
MOVNT delivers orders only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
DELIVERY CHARGES
A flat shipping charge of ₹39 is applicable on all orders.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Only prepaid orders are accepted.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
TRACKING INFORMATION
After your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video may be required for verification.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
